Umpama Burger dipanggang guna Petrol...huhu

Kawan aku cakap "tahun lepas...harga Prosperity Burger tak sampai RM8 (tak ingat berapa dah dia cakap...hehe) tapi sekarang dah RM14...fuyooo....goreng pakai minyak Petrol kaa...?" dan aku setuju dengan pe yang dia cakap...harga Petrol dah turun...tapi harga barang keperluan tak berubah pun...huhuhu...tadik aku gi McD...My sis treat me leh...ahaks! thanks...

Banana Muffin

Since today is a public holiday...and i dont have any interesting activity to do...so i bake some muffin...hok simple-simple jah...

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
360gm Self-raising flour
300gm Castor sugar
200gm Butter
125ml Fresh Milk
2tbsp Lime juice
1/2tsp Fine salt
3 Eggs 4 Banana (aku guna Pisang Berangan)

Methods

1. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
2. Add in eggs one by one follow by flour & milk.
3. Add in Vanilla essence, lime juice. Beat again.
4. Add in blended Banana
5. Pour in the mixture into muffin cup.
6. Bake it about 15-20minutes, 180c.
